Typically, the majority of requests are finalized within ten business days for website projects or within two business days for subscription requests. However, requests that are more complex may require additional time to complete.

How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan, and we will swiftly add you to your personalized Slack channel. This setup typically takes around an hour from the moment you subscribe. Once you accept the invitation to Slack, you’ll be all set to get started.

You can find additional instructions on how to utilize the Slack channel for design requests directly on the channel itself.

Who are the designers?

Caro Industries AI is a division operated by Caro Industries and his team. There is any work outsourced to outside entities. You will collaborate directly with us throughout your entire experience.

Is there a limit number of requests I can submit?

Once you choose a project or subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you wish, and they will be delivered sequentially, one at a time.

How does the pause function operate?

We recognize that you might not have enough design projects to occupy an entire month. You may currently have just one or two design requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.

Billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 20 days before choosing to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be suspended, allowing you to retain the remaining 11 days of service for use at any time in the future.

How do you manage bigger requests?

For larger requests, Caro Industries AI divides the workload into manageable segments. This includes comprehensive website or mobile app designs, UI/UX projects, and more. You can anticipate receiving a substantial amount of work every 24 to 48 hours until the entire request is completed.

Which design programs do you use?

The majority of requests are created using Hostinger, SquareSpace, Shopify, Webflow, Affinity, Figma and Canva.

How does Hostinger, SquareSpace, Shopify & Webflow dev work?

Hostinger, SquareSpace, Shopify & Webflow development are part of every subscription and are easily managed as design requests. If your website can be supported by either the Hostinger, SquareSpace, Shopify or Webflow platform, Caro Industries AI will handle the development to guarantee the highest quality in the final product.

After the website is fully developed, it will be transferred to your account, granting you ownership from that moment on. As a result, a Caro Industries AI subscription is not required to keep your website running.

How do I go about requesting designs?

Caro Industries AI provides a wealth of flexibility for design requests through Slack. Clients often ask for designs in various ways, such as directly through Slack, by sharing Word Docs or wireframes, or even by recording a short video on Slack for those who prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, anything that can be linked or shared in Slack is welcome.

What if I'm not fond of the design?

No problem at all! We will keep refining the design until you are completely happy with it.

Are there any requests that you don’t do?

Of course. Caro Industries AI does not provide services for the following design tasks: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (including medical forms), complex packaging, extensive print design (like magazines and books), and Affinity Publisher documents.

What should I do if I have just one request?

That’s perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription when you’re done and resume it when you have more design requirements. There’s no reason to let the rest of your subscription go unused.

Are refunds available?

Due to the high-quality nature of our services, refunds will not be provided after the first week of a subscription. Project plans are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be granted for work that has already been completed.

Is it possible to use Caro Industries AI Subcription for just one month?

Absolutely! Whether you require Caro Industries AI for a month or a year, the decision is entirely up to you. Don’t hesitate to return whenever you have more design needs.
